About the Auris

The Ayon Auris is a reference tube preamplifier designed with a purist 6H30 circuit topology that uses zero dB negative feedback and no buffers, followers, or op amps in the signal path. It operates in pure Class A triode mode and offers a maximum output of approximately 20V rms at 1 kHz. The Auris provides outstanding transparency and vividness in sound reproduction, creating a large and realistic soundstage. It features a special tube-rectified power supply and premium components for exceptional musical reproduction. The chassis is made of high-grade aluminum with brushed anodized anti-vibration and non-magnetic properties, fully hand-assembled for craftsmanship. The signal path is kept very short to minimize sonic degradation, with only one coupling capacitor at the output stage. Inputs include 4 x Line-RCA, 1 x Phono MM/MC, 1 x HT-RCA, and 2 x Line-XLR, while outputs include 2 x RCA, 1 x XLR, and 1 x Tape out. Dimensions are 50 x 43 x 11 cm and it weighs 19 kg. The Auris reaches maximum sound performance after about one hour of playback and is compatible with a wide range of amplifiers due to its 100 kΩ input impedance and ~300 Ω output impedance.
