About the Uno sII

The Avantgarde Acoustic Uno sII (Series Two) is a three-way floorstanding horn loudspeaker system with a high-sensitivity midrange/treble satellite and an integrated powered sealed-box subwoofer. The satellite uses a horn-loaded inverted-dome tweeter and a horn-loaded dome midrange driver, while the subwoofer employs two 10-inch cone woofers driven by a built-in 200-watt amplifier. Its approximately 22Hz–20kHz system response, 8-ohm nominal impedance, and roughly 100dB sensitivity make it suitable for low-powered amplifiers, with crossover points around 220Hz and 3.5kHz. The design emphasizes high dynamic capability, low distortion, and direct, immediate reproduction. The midrange and treble section measures approximately 57 inches high by 22.5 inches wide by 28 inches deep; the subwoofer section measures approximately 22 inches high by 12 inches wide by 22.5 inches deep. Available finishes included polished white ABS for the main enclosure, Nextel for the subwoofer, and optional metallic or matching lacquer finishes.
