About the N30SA

The Aurender N30SA is a flagship, dual-chassis network music server and digital-output transport. Its architecture physically separates the noisy computing, storage, display, LAN and power-supply functions from the dedicated digital-audio output circuitry. It has no built-in DAC or analogue outputs; it is designed to feed an external DAC via dedicated USB Audio, AES/EBU, coaxial S/PDIF (RCA or BNC), or optical Toslink. Key features include an OCXO Rev2 clock, external master-clock input, 8 TB internal music storage, 480 GB NVMe system/cache storage, a user-installable 2.5-inch expansion bay, double-isolated Gigabit Ethernet, linear power supplies, and supercapacitor-backed shutdown protection.
