About the Auralex SubDude-II
The Auralex SubDude-II is a patented subwoofer isolation platform designed to enhance bass performance by diminishing structural vibrations. It features a 15" x 15" x 1.75" platform with a stylish velour covering over an inert structural MDF layer that floats on a cushion of Auralex Platfoam. This design supports subwoofers up to 200 lbs and is suitable for home theater and hi-fi speaker setups. The SubDude-II tightens bass, increases low-end clarity, reduces coloration, and delivers a more accurate low-frequency response, resulting in cleaner and tighter bass reproduction.
