About the ARSP-500

The Audio Tekne ARSP-500 is a high-end speaker cable designed by Kiyoaki Imai. It uses 500-strand pure-copper Litz conductors with minimal insulation and closely matched positive and negative geometry, intended to provide low inductance and natural, transparent sound. The cable also incorporates a separate grounding lead connected to its shield; this can be used to connect the speaker frame and amplifier ground, potentially reducing noise caused by voltage differences between them.
