About the AN E SEC

The Audio Note AN E SEC Silver loudspeaker is a bi-wirable, 2-way vented design with a 1-inch dome tweeter and an 8-inch woofer equipped with custom-made ALNICO magnets and silver voice coils. It features a flare port at the lower rear of the cabinet. The speaker is the top-level evolution of the AN-E series, incorporating silver wired voice coils, silver tuning capacitors and inductors, and an ALNICO woofer magnet for enhanced electrical-to-mechanical energy conversion and superior sound fidelity. It has an efficiency of approximately 95 dB/watt/meter, making it highly suitable for use with low-power, high-quality triode amplifiers. The cabinet is carefully designed to aid driver dispersion and bass output, with dimensions of approximately 790mm height, 360mm width, and 270mm depth. The internal cabling is 99.99% pure silver Audio Note wire, and the crossover uses silver inductors and copper foil capacitors.
