About the Maestro Anniversary
The Maestro Anniversary integrated amplifier was developed in AIRTECH's laboratories, building on the experience from the Puccini Anniversary. It features a fully balanced amplification chain from input to power stage, which becomes unbalanced only at the speaker outputs. This design doubles the amplifier stages and attenuation, with all stages operating without global feedback, including the preamp stage. The amplifier delivers 150W per channel at 8Ω, increasing power with lower impedance, and uses four pairs of transistors per channel in an inverted cascode configuration. Stability is maintained by a DC servo active only below audio frequencies. Components are of the highest quality, including military standard resistors, polypropylene audiograde capacitors, 7N OCC copper wiring, and pure copper output connectors. The amplifier is dual-mono with separate power supplies and preamp sections, housed on three separate boards. It offers 3 RCA and 2 XLR inputs, an input impedance of 47 kΩ, and a maximum input signal of 6Vrms. The frequency response extends to 90 kHz, with a signal-to-noise ratio of 100 dB and very low noise levels. Available finishes are natural aluminium and satin black, with an optional RR version featuring relay-based analog volume attenuation for enhanced sound performance. Dimensions are 168x450x550 mm and weight is 31 kg.
