The Audio Aero Capitole Classic is a high-end CD player featuring a unique subminiature 6021W glass tube output stage that imparts a natural, tube-like musicality to digital playback. It uses advanced digital processing with a 32-bit SHARC DSP and proprietary STARS digital resampling software from Anagram to reduce jitter and enhance detail retrieval, resulting in a sound that is more natural, open, and transparent than typical CD players. The Capitole Classic offers both balanced and single-ended analog outputs, volume control in the analog domain, and digital outputs for use as a transport.
