The Allo USBridge Signature Player is an audiophile-grade network streamer and USB bridge designed to deliver high-quality digital audio to DACs. It is based on the Raspberry Pi Compute Module 3+ and runs on customizable operating systems such as DietPi, Volumio, Moode, or Max2Play. The device features a dedicated motherboard with over 30 low dropout (LDO) voltage regulators to minimize noise on the USB bus, ensuring clean power delivery and superior sound quality. It supports PCM audio up to 768kHz and DSD up to DSD512 (DSD1024 theoretically possible). The USBridge Signature comes housed in a robust black aluminum case that acts as a heatsink and RF shield. Connectivity includes three USB 2.0 ports (one dedicated USB Clean output for DAC connection and two for Wi-Fi/BT dongles), a Gigabit Ethernet RJ45 port, HDMI output, and a microSD slot for the OS. It requires a 5V 3A USB-C power supply (sold separately) and includes a grounding terminal to reduce electrical noise further. The device is compatible with various streaming services and protocols including Roon, AirPlay, Spotify Connect, and DLNA, depending on the OS installed. The USBridge Signature is delivered pre-assembled and ready to use, offering a premium alternative to standard Raspberry Pi streamers.
