The Allnic AUT-2000 is a premium step-up transformer (SUT) that elevates the output of low-level Moving Coil (MC) cartridges to the level of Moving Magnet (MM) cartridges, allowing use with MM phono inputs on preamps or integrated amplifiers. It employs large nickel/permalloy core transformers with a five-section sandwich winding to reduce leakage inductance and capacitance, resulting in deeper bass and improved high-frequency response.
