The Acoustic Signature Manfred Mk II is a German-engineered turntable featuring a 38mm thick veneered MDF plinth with adjustable aluminium feet for precise leveling. It uses a 6kg solid machined aluminium platter made from a soft alloy optimized for resonance control, coated with damping material to reduce vibrations. The turntable employs a proprietary Tidorfolon bearing, designed for extremely low noise, low friction, and long-term stability, guaranteed for at least ten years. The motor is a synchronous, electronically regulated unit with an external power supply for mains decoupling and speed stability at 33 1/3 and 45 RPM. The tonearm mounting plate allows vertical tracking angle (VTA) adjustment, especially useful with Rega arms. The Manfred Mk II delivers a clean, taut sound with excellent detail resolution and stable imaging, though it may lack some warmth and spark compared to higher-end models. Dimensions are 430mm wide, 170mm high, and 340mm deep, weighing 16kg. It is available in real wood veneers (maple, cherry) or high gloss piano black or white finishes.
