About the RAF-48
The Acoustic Revive RAF-48 is an air floating isolation platform designed to significantly reduce vibration and improve audio component performance. It uses the same air suspension technology found in electron microscope isolation tables to provide near-perfect vibration isolation. The board features a cabinet and top plate made from high-quality Finnish birch plywood (with the RAF-48H version using Hickory for enhanced sound stability and organic presentation). It includes an internal air bladder inflated via a small hand pump for adjustable isolation pressure. The RAF-48 supports audio components up to 60 kg (132 lbs), improving signal-to-noise ratio, transparency, texture, and soundstage depth, width, and height. It is compact enough for rack installation and is finished in attractive dark grey metallic gloss paint or natural wood depending on the version.
