Athena Technologies was a company specializing in control and navigation solutions for unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) and unmanned ground vehicles (UGVs), founded in 1998 and based in Warrenton, Virginia. The company developed the GuideStar product line, which provided INS/GPS solutions integrating IMU, GPS, magnetometer, and air data signals for dynamic maneuvering. Athena Technologies was acquired by Rockwell Collins, Inc. in April 2008.
